We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Receptionist to join our front office team. If you are looking for a role with great variety, excellent training, and long-term growth potential, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
In this varied role, you will be the face and voice of our dealership, managing reception and assisting across multiple areas of the business. Your daily duties will include:
- Reception & Office Operations: Greeting clients, managing the front desk, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Sales Support: Providing administrative assistance to our sales team.
- Enquiry Handling: Managing incoming phone calls and email enquiries for sales and parts.
- Accounts & Data Entry: Performing basic invoicing and data entry using Xero and MYOB.
- Department of Transport (DOT) Duties: Booking vehicle licensing appointments and attending the DOT for licensing requirements.
- Marketing & Advertising: Assisting with promotional and marketing tasks to help grow our brand.
- General Admin: Keeping files organized and up to date.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring a positive energy to our front office. While training is provided, the following attributes are highly desirable:
- License: A current C-Class driver’s license is essential (required for DOT visits).
- Experience: Previous experience in a reception or admin role is a strong advantage, as is prior experience within a dealership environment.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with Xero, MYOB, or marketing/advertising platforms is a major plus.
- Key Traits: A positive, "can-do" attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Work Style: A reliable team player who is equally comfortable working unsupervised.
