We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of these projects. If you’re a hands-on leader who takes pride in premium-quality work and clean, well-run sites, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As our Site Manager, you will take ownership of projects on site — managing trades, safety, quality, and program while keeping delivery on track. You’ll work across both sides of our business: high-end residential renovations with premium finishes and fine detailing, and remedial works including waterproofing, structural repair, facade, and defect rectification.
You’ll work closely with the Project Director, our office staff, and the architects, engineers, and consultants on each job. This is a hands-on role, and you’ll be expected to get on the tools as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations across residential renovation and remedial projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries to a high standard
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and premium quality finishes
- Uphold and protect design intent, working to architectural or engineering drawings and specifications
- Work on the tools as required — especially carpentry and detailed building works
- Ensure full compliance with WHS requirements and site safety standards
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering reports, and scopes of work
- Liaise with homeowners, architects, engineers, building managers, and strata representatives on site
- Keep sites clean, organised, and respectful of clients and occupants
- Identify and resolve issues promptly and professionally
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Foreman, or Leading Hand across high-end residential renovations and/or remedial projects
- Carpentry trade qualification or relevant building background
- Strong eye for premium finishes and fine detailing, with knowledge of waterproofing, structural repair, facade works, and defect rectification
- Skilled in interpreting architectural drawings, engineering reports, and scopes
- Confident and capable on the tools when the job calls for it
- Excellent organisation, leadership, and communication skills
- Hands-on, practical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- White Card and valid driver’s licence
- Own tools and vehicle required

Pay: $100,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
