Who is TeamKids?
TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description
This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Beaumaris

A beautiful service with 30–35 children and a dedicated TeamKids space to operate. This service also runs during Vacation Care. The school community is small and close-knit and TeamKids enjoys a = strong relationship with the school. We are looking for someone with some OSHC experience and strong communication skills.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before School Care: 7:00 - 9:00am
After School Care: 3:15 - 6:00pm
Admin: 3 hours
Total: 31.75 hours

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

Innovation: Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
Genuine: Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
Fun: Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
Remarkable: Manage service compliance and medical documentation.

✅As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
