Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for enterprise clients
- Configure workflows, rules, and connectors within the IIQ platform
- Develop custom connectors and integrate with various enterprise applications
- Support our Identity Modernisation and Application Onboarding services
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity governance issues
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Support user access reviews, provisioning, and compliance reporting

- 3+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development
- Strong knowledge of IIQ architecture, workflows, and rule development
- Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, and XML configuration
- Understanding of identity governance concepts (RBAC, provisioning, certification)
- Experience with database queries (SQL) and web services integration
- Ability to start immediately or within short notice
Strong communication skills for client-facing work

- SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer/Architect)
- Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and HR systems integration
- Knowledge of other IAM tools and technologies
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, education, government, finance)
