- Have a demonstrated high customer focus through previous roles and experience.
- Be able to establish good working relationships with the maintenance, production, planning and engineering teams
- Demonstrated experience in applying reliability principles in Processing Plants or similar heavy industry environment.
- A trade background or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics), Maintenance Management or an extensive related experience will be advantageous
- Ability to influence, engage and communicate with stakeholders effectively across all levels of the business
- Demonstrated ability to lead and problem solve – make plans, take initiative to identify improvements and implement effectively
