We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented
Stock Controller to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, coordination, and working closely with multiple departments in a fast-paced automotive environment.
You'll play an important role in ensuring smooth vehicle flow, accurate stock management, and timely vehicle delivery across the dealership network.
Hours of Work
- Full-time permanent role
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
How you will make an impact
- Manage the end-to-end monthly vehicle ordering process
- Coordinate vehicle stock allocation and availability across dealerships
- Source and arrange dealer swaps in line with business requirements
- Process incoming vehicle stock and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with Sales and Pre-Delivery teams regarding vehicle status and release
- Monitor demo vehicles including servicing, recalls, registrations, and compliance
- Prepare regular stock and performance reports for management
- Review pending finance deals to support timely vehicle delivery
- Attend monthly build priority meetings and support new model launches
- Provide administrative and vehicle licencing support as required
What we're looking for
- Previous automotive industry experience preferred
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
- TUNE experience desirable but not essential
- Current Australian driver's licence
