What we are looking for?
We’re building our internal Talent Acquisition function within our P&C Team at AC3.
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment across the business while helping shape and mature how we attract and hire great people. You’ll work within our People & Culture team and hiring leaders to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes and a best-in-class candidate experience.
This is a hands-on role with real autonomy — perfect for a self -starter and someone who enjoys working independently while influencing how talent acquisition evolves.
What you’ll do?
End-to-end recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing through to offer and onboarding handover
- Recruit across a technology-focused portfolio (cloud, data, cyber security and beyond)
- Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Track and analyse recruitment data to drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with P&C and hiring leaders to understand capability needs
- Stay connected with new hires through their first year
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen attraction and retention
What we’d love to see?
- Proven experience in an internal TA role placing roles ranging from Presales Engineers and Cloud Ops / DevOps to Help Desk roles.
- Confidence sourcing and engaging passive tech talent
- The ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Sound judgement balancing speed, quality and experience
A plus if you have..
- Highly organised and comfortable managing competing priorities
- A clear and professional communicator
- Discreet, reliable, and trusted with sensitive information
- Experience in a growing or evolving organisation
- Exposure to MSP / cloud services environments
- Familiarity with tools like JobAdder
- Understanding of the AU/NZ tech talent market
