As an ICT Cadet, you will support the delivery of technology solutions for clients while building foundational skills across systems, applications, and infrastructure.
This is an early career opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience, structured learning, and exposure to real client projects within Accenture’s Technology practice.

Support delivery teams in implementing and maintaining technology solutions

Assist in system analysis, testing, and troubleshooting activities

Work with senior team members to understand client requirements and translate them into technical tasks

Contribute to documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing

Participate in testing cycles (UAT, SIT) and defect tracking

Support basic configuration, deployment, or data-related tasks depending on the project

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers

Follow Accenture delivery methodologies and Agile practices
