We are looking for a practical, solutions-focused technician with strong initiative and a “get it done” mindset. This is a highly hands-on role where you will be out in the field supporting commissioning, troubleshooting, and warranty work, not sitting behind a desk.

What you will be doing
You will play a key role in supporting the commissioning and ongoing performance of our systems by:
- supporting the Technical Services Manager (TSM) with commissioning of Clevertronics products and systems
- assisting with on-site warranty repairs, rectifications, and defect liability work
- commissioning Zoneworks projects in line with our established processes
- providing technical support and guidance to subcontractors on-site
- troubleshooting issues and working through practical solutions
- liaising with the engineering team to build your technical knowledge and apply it in the field
- helping deliver training to subcontractors and service partners
- ensuring work meets quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
Skills and Experiences:
This role is perfect for someone who…
- has a technical or trade background (electrical is highly regarded but not essential)
- has some understanding of programming or IT/network-based systems
- is a strong problem solver with a logical, analytical mindset
- enjoys troubleshooting and figuring things out on-site
- communicates clearly and can explain technical concepts in simple terms

- has strong attention to detail and a high standard of work
