Strategic Account Manager

About the Role

As a Strategic Account Manager at TrendAI™, you will own and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges complex technical solutions with measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a driven sales professional who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and strategic relationship management.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the full commercial relationship for a named portfolio of enterprise and global accounts, driving retention, expansion, and multi-year contract renewals.
Develop and execute tailored account plans that align TrendAI's solutions to each customer's cybersecurity strategy, risk posture, and business objectives.
Lead executive-level engagements, building trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and other C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across TrendAI™'s product portfolio, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Represent TrendAI at industry conferences, executive briefings, and customer events to strengthen brand presence and deepen account relationships.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of enterprise B2B sales or account management experience, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas in a complex, solution-based selling environment.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and technical decision-makers.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, outcome-driven business value narratives.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

Experience selling AI-driven or cloud-native security solutions (e.g. SIEM, XDR, threat intelligence, or identity security platforms).
An established network of CISO-level relationships within key verticals such as financial services, healthcare, or critical infrastructure.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, or SOC 2.
