About Us:
INCH Hairdressing is a premium salon focused on delivering high-end, modern hair transformations. We are looking for a creative and trend-driven content creator to elevate our Instagram presence and produce engaging, high-quality Reels that attract new clients and build brand awareness.
The Role
You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that captures our work, enhances our brand image, and drives engagement on Instagram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Film and edit Instagram Reels in-salon
- Capture before/after transformations, styling, and client moments
- Use apps such as Canva and CapCut to create polished, on-brand content
- Stay up to date with Instagram trends, audio, and formats
- Direct clients and staff during filming to achieve strong visual results
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content ideas
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and what makes content engaging
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing apps
- A good eye for lighting, angles, and aesthetics
- Confidence directing people on camera
- Passion for beauty, hair, and visual storytelling
