Hourly rate: $32.61 - $36.23 + Superannuation + penalty rates for afternoons, nights and weekends and NFP salary packaging (pay up to $18,550 less tax per year, meaning more money for you!)

The requirements

No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a carer, you’ll also need:

A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
Must be available for an immediate start.
An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Warrigal Queanbeyan located in NSW, just 15 minutes drive to Canberra’s city centre, surrounded by beautiful countryside

Warrigal Hughes, ACT, is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the heart of Canberra CBD.

Warrigal Calwell, ACT is a peaceful residential area, close to shopping and local community centres

Warrigal Stirling, ACT within a quiet residential area, located with easy access to nearby sporting ovals and facilities and just a 15-minute drive from Canberra’s CBD.
