Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

To support this, we've created a new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role for an experienced recruiter who loves finding great people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making things better.

This is a hands-on role where you'll manage your own portfolio of vacancies (frontline, leadership and hard-to-fill roles) while helping shape how we attract, engage and hire talent across the organisation.

You'll act as a trusted partner to leaders to solve their workforce challenges, build talent pipelines, reduce reliance on agency/labour hire staff, improve recruitment practices and lead initiatives that strengthen recruitment outcomes and candidate experience including our employer brand.

About you

Recruitment is more than a job for you, you're energised by finding the right person and understand your impact on our residents and guests experience of Fresh Hope. You will have

Proven success recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, 100+ hires a year is a walk in the park for you
Strong sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill, specialist or leadership roles
The ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions with a diverse stakeholder group
A track record of delivering projects or improvements to the candidate experience, recruitment lifecycle and employer brand
Balance delivering day to day recruitment outcomes while we work together to improve the experience for everyone
