Full Job Description

GAP Property Services is looking for a motivated, organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is initially a part-time position, with the opportunity to progress to full-time based on performance and business requirements.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support while assisting with Accounts Payable and day-to-day operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide general administrative and operational support

· Assist with Accounts Payable, invoices and payment processing

· Manage emails, phone calls and general enquiries

· Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation

· Assist with data entry, reporting and office administration

· Coordinate and follow up tasks with clients, suppliers and internal teams

· Support the team with day-to-day operational requirements

About You

· Previous Administration and Accounts Payable experience is essential

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are highly required

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications

· Excellent written and spoken English

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Highly organised, proactive and able to multitask effectively

· Active, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Similar experience in property, facilities management or a service-based business will be highly regarded

Salary & Opportunity

$55,000 – $60,000 per annum (full-time equivalent)

The role will commence on a part-time basis, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment based on performance.
