Job Summary
You'll be s upporting profitable growth across the Services business by providing commercial expertise in customer contract negotiations and developing lifecycle service offerings, value propositions, and marketing collateral that enhance customer engagement and business growth.
Review and assess customer contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives, risk appetite, and profitability targets.
Analyze commercial terms, identify risks and opportunities, and develop effective mitigation and negotiation strategies.
Lead or support customer negotiations to achieve commercially balanced outcomes while protecting company interests.
Partner with Legal, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Business Unit stakeholders to align commercial positions and proposal strategies.
Develop and maintain commercial frameworks, templates, negotiation guidelines, and contract compliance processes.
Collaborate with global teams to develop, package, and commercialize lifecycle service offerings and aftermarket solutions.
Translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and support go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing evaluations to identify growth opportunities and strengthen commercial positioning.
Create customer-facing proposals, marketing collateral, and business insights while facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive profitable growth.
Experience in Procurement, Commercial Management, Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, or a related commercial discipline.
Strong understanding of contract terms, commercial risk assessment, and negotiation principles.
Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and influence stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of profitability and risk management.
Experience working in industrial, energy, engineering, manufacturing, or service-based environments is advantageous.
Ability to develop customer-focused value propositions and service offerings.
Experience creating professional marketing collateral and customer presentations.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
