With branches across Australia, including Adelaide, Perth, Kalgoorlie, Brisbane, and Melbourne, Acu-Tech partners with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver durable and cost-effective pipeline solutions. The company offers comprehensive pipe system solutions, including fittings, valves, fabrication, welding equipment, training, and technical support. Serving diverse industries such as plumbing, mining, civil, gas, and mechanical services, Acu-Tech is committed to innovation, reliability, and client success.

We're seeking motivated Extruder Machine Operators in PE Pipe Extrusion who are interested in joining a reputable and supportive business based in Maddington.

If you have extrusion experience, this could be your next great move.

Key Responsibilities:

Start up, operate and monitor HDPE pipe extrusion lines
Set up and operate automated coiler machines
Conduct regular product checks and record accurate measurements and data
Handle coloured materials for production
Operate forklifts and Hubtex equipment safely and efficiently
Troubleshoot faults and adjust machine settings to ensure quality output
Opportunity for overtime working weekends when required

About You

At least 1 year of experience in HDPE or PVC pipe extrusion, injection/blow moulding processes is acceptable
Experience operating forklift, especially Hubtex
Valid License - driver's license, forklift license
Demonstrated experience in Workplace Health, Safety & Environment (WHSE) practices
Ability to learn quickly and understand complex production processes
Must be available for rotating shift work covering days, afternoons, and nights
Able to pass pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol Screening
Australian full work right is required for this position
