Full Job Description

This role plays a key part in supporting regional operations through the delivery of high-quality administrative services, coordination of business processes, and stakeholder support across multiple teams. We're seeking a proactive and organised individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional internal customer service.

Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal break)
Location: South Guildford

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality administrative support to regional operational teams.
Coordinate and process purchase requisitions, invoices, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and business documentation.
Support training administration, compliance tracking, and employee records management.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and information management across multiple systems.
Coordinate meetings, communications, and administrative activities to support operational objectives.
Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with WesTrac policies and procedures.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance administrative efficiency and service delivery.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or business support role.
Certificate, Diploma, or relevant administrative qualification highly regarded.
Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering quality service.
Ability to work collaboratively within a centralised team environment.
Adaptable and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
