This exciting opportunity is based at our Mermaid Beach clinic. You will deliver pre-employment medicals, health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments for clients across Queensland's resources, transport, construction and manufacturing sectors.

We're looking for a registered medical practitioner who is passionate about occupational health and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Key attributes, experience, and capabilities include:
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner and Australian work rights
- Experience in Occupational Medicine (ideally 2+ years) or a commitment to move into this field
- Rail AHP, RSHQ EMO/AMA, MRO accreditation or willingness to obtain – support provided if not already qualified
- Strong Clinical Judgment – crucial for effective decision-making and client interactions
- Strong digital literacy and technical competence – KINNECT is a leader in technology-enabled occupational health; high comfort with digital systems is a must
- Customer-Centric Mindset – a clear focus on delivering high-quality, client-oriented healthcare services
