Murrin Murrin Operations is Australia’s largest cobalt producer and a major world producer of nickel. The Role
This role will suit a hardworking, adaptable and proactive operator ready to lead a small crew, ideally with proven previous experience in a crushing or mineral processing environment. Leading a close-knit crew of four, you will coordinate daily tasks and ensure the safe, efficient operation of the crushing plant, whilst safely carrying out the below duties:.

You will be responsible for:

Leading a small crew to achieving safety and production targets
Operation and oversight of ROM Loader, Control Room and Crushing Circuit monitoring/maintenance.
Statutory Supervisor duties including Workplace inspections, shift handover and incident reporting.

About You
Reporting directly to the Crushing Supervisor this role would suit a detailed and process oriented person with experience in a Mining environment.

You will ideally have:

WA issued Statutory Supervisor S26 Certificate
A strong analytical mind with the ability to problem solve, identify trends and think logically;
Current and valid HR Driver's License
Proactive in identifying and addressing issues;
Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
High degree of attention to detail.
Unlimited work rights in Australia and
The ability to pass a pre-employment medical (Including Drug & Alcohol Screening).
