As a Data Insights Analyst at Insync you will provide technical and data-related support and advice as we build and customise client feedback and insight solutions including surveys, dashboards, reports and portals. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that we deliver exceptional solutions for our clients - helping them to understand how their customers, patients and employees are feeling about them.
Responsibilities
Deliver solutions with the features and functionality specified by the client
- Advise on survey data design in conjunction with Project Manager
- Organise, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings when required
- Respond to client queries regarding products, services and solutions
- Project manage survey build schedule
- Test customisations to survey tools
- Create email lists and test
- Set up survey system and portals
- Share knowledge of survey build requirements to assist pre-sales activities
Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Ensure project deadlines are met
- Determine project changes
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution for the client
Analyse data and provide insights
- Report on response rates and bounce-backs
- Respond to enquiries from survey participants via phone/email
- Undertake data analysis, statistical analysis, validation and interpretation
- Contribute to process efficiency initiatives
- Undertake quality assurance testing
Manage relationships
- Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Work in cooperation and collaboration with Project Managers , other DIAs and the broader business
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Human Resources, Marketing, Social Sciences or Commerce preferred but other relevant tertiary education will be considered.
Must also have:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Excel expert with experience in data preparation including cleansing and reporting. Strong working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau will be well regarded.
- Good working knowledge of modern databases, database design concepts and reporting techniques
- Database skills across SQL Server and/or MS Access or similar
- Extensive use of SQL commands and the SQL syntax
- A strong understanding of web technologies including the use of HTML and CSS.
- SAS Visual Analytics, Python and R also well regarded.
