What you’ll do
In the role of Product Lead, you will partner with the Product Owner to convert strategic business goals into technically sound backlog items and architectural blueprints, delivering impactful and sustainable engineering outcomes. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering squads while steering the strategic direction of Hosting PaaS services to maximize scalability and operational performance.
Key responsibilities include:

Defining Technical Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to turn high-level objectives into robust technical roadmaps that advance our platform goals.

Connecting Business and Technology: Serve as a primary technical consultant to the Product Owner, translating intricate requirements into prioritized backlog tasks and user stories.

Spearheading Modernization: Direct the transformation of Hosting PaaS from legacy frameworks toward advanced, AI-integrated, and scalable cloud architectures.

Upholding Engineering Standards: Guide talented teams and establish benchmarks for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation, and resilient production environments.

Securing Scalable Operations: Manage performance monitoring and capacity planning to ensure our infrastructure supports expanding business needs effectively.

Fostering Collaborative Impact: Work across diverse functions to build alignment, ensuring technical choices consistently deliver superior customer value.
What you’ll bring
You bring a potent combination of advanced cloud proficiency—particularly in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud—alongside the strategic foresight necessary to guide our PaaS portfolio’s growth, maintaining a resilient and pioneering infrastructure.

Cloud Mastery: Utilize deep expertise in Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure to guide architectural design, advise on cloud product selection, and support engineering teams in deploying standardized, enterprise-level solutions.

DevOps-Driven Efficiency: Apply over five years of practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and DevOps tools to engineer automated, scalable ecosystems.

Architectural Transformation: Lead the shift from legacy systems toward modern, cloud-native, and durable patterns that propel business expansion.

AI Innovation Leadership: Champion the scaling of state-of-the-art AI platforms—including Foundry and Vertex—and containerized services to ensure our tech stack remains industry-leading.

Scaling Operations: Use a strong foundation in large-scale environments and Agile methodologies to provide critical solutions that serve our customers daily.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Navigate complex matrix structures with ease, aligning diverse teams and stakeholders behind a single, cohesive technical strategy.
