The Role
As a casual Infusion Nurse with Soul IV, you will provide mobile IV vitamin infusion therapy and other health and wellness services to clients across Sydney, NSW
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing IV vitamin infusions to clients at their location (home, workplace or accommodation)
- Managing your own stock levels, including products and medical equipment
- Communicating clearly with clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing post-treatment care instructions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of developments in general nursing and IV therapy
- Supporting Soul IV's community presence, including occasional engagement on social media platforms
About You
You are driven, personable and knowledgeable, with a genuine passion for client welfare and delivering a premium wellness experience at every booking. You bring a warm, caring approach that ensures clients feel comfortable and confident in your care.
The successful applicant must also:
- Be registered with AHPRA
- Hold a valid Australian driver's licence
- Have access to your own vehicle and mobile phone
- Have a minimum of two years of hospital experience, including first aid and basic life support
- Have a minimum of two years of IV cannulation experience, with recent and current hands-on cannulation practice (we are unable to consider applicants whose cannulation experience is several years old, as both accreditation currency and practical skill matter for this role)
- Have strong knowledge of medical procedures and best practices
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be reliable and punctual
- Great work ethic and driven
Location and Hours
This is a mobile, field-based role across Sydney, visiting clients at their home, workplace or accommodation.
This is a part-time position of approximately ~20-40 x hours per week, with shifts available across 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday.
The Application Process
The application process involves two stages:
- First round — a video call via Google Meet to get to know each other
- Second round — online via video call OR in-person meeting, including practical nursing and customer service exercises to assess suitability for the role
The successful applicant will receive comprehensive onboarding, training and ongoing support.
Remuneration
The pay range for this role is negotiable, and ~$45-$50 per hour depending on experience.
Pre-Employment Checks
As part of the application process, you may be required to complete pre-employment checks, including reference checks, work rights verification, criminal history checks, NDIS/WWCC/WWVP checks, and a health evaluation.
