We are seeking an enthusiastic Faculty Placement Partnerships Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will coordinate and support the effective delivery of clinical and professional placements across the faculty, acting as a key point of connection between students, staff and external placement partners. You will coordinate placement activity, confirm placement capacity and requirements, support student allocations, oversee placement documentation and compliance processes, and contribute to accurate record keeping, reporting and invoicing.
A key part of the role involves maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, supporting Placement Administrative Officers, managing compliance requirements, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to ongoing improvement of placement systems and processes. This role plays an important part in ensuring positive, well-coordinated placement outcomes for students, partner organisations and the Institute.
As a Faculty Placement Partnerships Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate and secure practical placements for students, including reviewing placement agreements, confirming provider availability and requirements, and supporting student allocations.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare and community organisations to support high-quality placement opportunities.

Work collaboratively with placement administration staff to support efficient placement processes, accurate documentation and consistent service delivery.

Oversee placement documentation and review information received to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance.

Conduct risk assessments of placement environments and monitor student compliance, including immunisations, Police Checks and Working with Children Checks.

Maintain accurate placement data, systems and records, including attendance tracking and support reporting placement related invoicing processes

Contribute to continuous improvement of placement administration systems, processes and service delivery.
To be successful, you’ll have:

Experience in placement coordination, student administration, health or community services administration, or a similar high-volume service environment. Sound knowledge of student administration and placement processes, preferably within a VET, higher education, health or community services context.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.

Strong proficiency in MS Office and database systems, with a strong focus on record-keeping, reporting and compliance.

Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related discipline, or a suitable combination of qualifications and experience.

WWCC and Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check, and a valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
