The Opportunity
As a Senior Director within our Digital practice, you will lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions for A&M’s clients across industries. This is a senior leadership role for a technically exceptional individual who can bridge rigorous engineering with client-facing impact.
You will work with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders to shape AI strategy, oversee end-to-end model development and deployment, and grow A&M’s AI capability and market presence.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions, ensuring technical rigour and measurable client impact.
Advise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, model governance, data architecture, and technology selection.
Direct multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and consultants across complex, high-stakes engagements.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a hard science or engineering discipline — such as computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI and machine learning solutions in production environments, including model development, MLOps, and integration with enterprise systems.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to decompose highly complex, unstructured problems and drive pragmatic, high-impact solutions.
