Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.

Design Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar, along with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

Prototyping: Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.

Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address design challenges and iterate on solutions based on feedback.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving design trends, technologies, and industry standards.
