Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support and enhance Aqualand’s internal business systems.

This role focuses on analysing business requirements, improving internal applications, and ensuring systems effectively support property development, construction, and corporate operations.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into well‑designed and scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities / Principal Tasks

· Work with internal teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.

· Review current systems and suggest practical improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

· Support the development and enhancement of internal systems in collaboration with IT teams and external vendors.

· Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.

· Support system implementation, testing, and rollout activities.

· Help monitor system performance and address system-related issues.

· Contribute to ongoing process improvements and digital initiatives across the business.

Experience and Qualifications

· Proven work experience in a similar role

· Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

· Proven experience analysing business processes and translating requirements into functional and technical system specifications

· Experience supporting the design, development, testing, and implementation of internal business systems or applications.

· Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide system design recommendations.

· Experience in property development, construction, infrastructure, or complex corporate environments is highly regarded.

· High energy and high efficiency with the ability to execute tight deadlines

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and varied environment independently as well as part of a team

· A high level of integrity and confidentiality

· The capacity to promptly respond to requests with accuracy and in a courteous demeanour

· Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at a time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
