Concentrix Catalyst is the technology and digital transformation arm of Concentrix. We help organisations solve complex, real-world problems through engineering, human-centred design, and cloud-native delivery. Our teams work across government, healthcare, financial services, aviation, and telecommunications — embedded with clients from discovery through to production.

With offices across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane we run small, high-trust project teams where engineers, designers, and delivery leads work side by side. We’re partners with AWS, Microsoft, and Apple, and we’re proud of the reputation we’ve built through repeat work with clients like Transport for NSW, PTV, NSW Department of Communities and Justice, and others across the public and private sectors.

We’re looking for a mid-level .NET engineer who is equally comfortable on greenfield cloud-native builds and legacy modernisation engagements. You’ll work across the full delivery lifecycle — from shaping solutions with clients through to writing, testing, and shipping production code.

This is a client-facing role. You’ll collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, mobile developers, and delivery managers, and you’ll be part of the technical conversation from day one.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across both modern and legacy .NET codebases
Contribute to the full delivery lifecycle — discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and support
Translate requirements into well-architected, pragmatic solutions
Design and consume RESTful APIs and microservices in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
Work within cross-functional Agile teams alongside designers, QA, and mobile engineers
Participate in technical design reviews and architecture discussions
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and code quality standards
Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders — this is a visible, client-facing role
Continuously improve your knowledge and share it with the team

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Essential

3+ years of commercial .NET development experience, including hands-on work across:
Modern .NET (8, 9, or 10) — APIs, background services, cloud-native patterns
.NET Framework — maintenance, migration, and modernisation of existing codebases
Commercial experience with cloud platforms — AWS or Azure
Experience building and consuming microservices and service-oriented architectures
Proficiency with React for front-end development
Strong grasp of SOLID principles, common design patterns, and software craftsmanship
Containerisation experience — Docker and Kubernetes (or equivalent orchestration)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and writing testable, well-covered code
Delivery experience in Agile environments — Scrum and/or Kanban
Clear communicator — you listen well, explain things plainly, and work comfortably with clients

Desirable

Experience with CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns
Mobile development experience — React Native, iOS, or Android
Functional programming experience
