We are currently seeking an experienced Stockpile Dozer Operator to join our team at the Boonal Joint Venture Coal Load Out Facility, located near Blackwater in Central Queensland.

Working a 7/7 rotating day and night roster, you'll play a key role in maintaining stockpile operations and supporting site activities. Camp accommodation and meals are provided while on roster.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating dozers safely and efficiently on coal stockpiles
- Supporting site operations through water truck operation and dust suppression activities
- Conducting pre-start inspections, refuelling, and routine equipment checks
- Working closely with the operations team to achieve production targets
- Identifying and reporting equipment defects, hazards, and maintenance requirements
- Maintaining compliance with site safety systems, procedures, and environmental requirements
- Promoting a positive safety culture and contributing to a productive team environment
To be successful, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience operating dozers in a mining environment, preferably on coal stockpiles
- Relevant RII competencies, or competencies signed off within the last five years
- A current HC or MC Driver Licence
- The ability to work a rotating day and night shift roster
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Experience operating additional mobile plant within mining operations
- Water truck operating experience highly desirable
