Stockpile Dozer Operator | Boonal Coal Load Out Facility | 7/7 Roster $63.86 per hour + Super paid on all rostered hours

We are currently seeking an experienced Stockpile Dozer Operator to join our team at the Boonal Joint Venture Coal Load Out Facility, located near Blackwater in Central Queensland.

Working a 7/7 rotating day and night roster, you'll play a key role in maintaining stockpile operations and supporting site activities. Camp accommodation and meals are provided while on roster.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating dozers safely and efficiently on coal stockpiles
Supporting site operations through water truck operation and dust suppression activities
Conducting pre-start inspections, refuelling, and routine equipment checks
Working closely with the operations team to achieve production targets
Identifying and reporting equipment defects, hazards, and maintenance requirements
Maintaining compliance with site safety systems, procedures, and environmental requirements
Promoting a positive safety culture and contributing to a productive team environment

To be successful, you will have:

Demonstrated experience operating dozers in a mining environment, preferably on coal stockpiles
Relevant RII competencies, or competencies signed off within the last five years
A current HC or MC Driver Licence
The ability to work a rotating day and night shift roster
Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
Experience operating additional mobile plant within mining operations
Water truck operating experience highly desirable
