Junior / Associate Full Stack Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a Junior / Associate Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 1 year full-time commercial experience to join our development team. The successful candidate will be involved in developing, maintaining, testing, and supporting web-based applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and JavaScript technologies
- Build and support backend services, APIs, and database-driven applications
- Develop responsive user interfaces using React
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and software maintenance
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Support CI/CD deployment processes
- Work with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver software solutions
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year full-time commercial software development experience
- Experience with PHP and at least one PHP framework such as CakePHP, Laravel, Symfony, or similar
- Experience with React Frameworks
- Experience with JavaScript and jQuery
- Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills
- Experience writing and maintaining unit tests
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Basic experience with AWS services or similar technologies
- Experience with Git version control
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web application architecture
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
