This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.
In this role, you'll:
As a Program Specialist, you will support the delivery of key change initiatives within NSW TrainLink, aligned to Enterprise Agreement priorities and broader transformation objectives.
You will contribute across the full program lifecycle, assisting with planning, implementation, reporting and evaluation activities. This includes coordinating schedules, tracking progress against milestones, and supporting effective risk and issue management to ensure programs stay on track.
Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you will help drive collaboration across teams, drive change management initiatives, and contribute to high-quality program documentation and reporting for senior leadership. You will also play a role in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through evaluation and lessons learned.
This is a full-time fixed-term opportunity through to 30 April 2028.

You bring strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and the ability to prepare concise, audience-appropriate materials that support decision-making and alignment across teams. Experience navigating consultation processes and working within a unionised environment is highly regarded and will support effective engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.
