Typical Responsibilities
- Develop and review maintenance strategies, including PM optimisation, RCM, and task-based reviews
- Conduct FMEA / FMECA assessments and develop risk registers
- Support equipment criticality identification, validation, and method development
- Contribute to Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodology development and implementation
- Develop and maintain integrity management plans aligned with relevant standards
- Work within client CMMS and integrity systems including SAP, JDE, Maximo
- Support proposal and sales development, including scope definition and estimating
- Contribute to AI-enabled maintenance analytics and digital transformation initiatives
- Build and maintain client relationships through high-quality delivery

As a member of this successful team, you will have completed your degree / qualification and had ideally 2 - 7 years industry experience. We are looking for energetic people who are highly motivated, technically curious, have a 'hands on' approach, organised, proactive, self-disciplined and can push the boundary of their technical capabilities. Qualifications of the successful candidate will include:
- Degree in Materials / Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering from an accredited University
- Further qualification in Commerce / Business / Data Analytics or previous commercial exposure would be advantageous
We are looking for technical professionals who are motivated and enjoy working as part of a supportive team. Individuals who have:
- 2 – 7 years of relevant experience in integrity, maintenance, and/or reliability engineering
- Demonstrated experience in the energy industry (oil & gas, LNG, pipelines, power, or utilities)
- Demonstrated ability to independently structure, cleanse and analyse large and often complex asset datasets in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of one or more relevant standards (AS 3788, API 580/581, ASME)
- Strong written communication - ability to produce client-ready technical reports and deliverables
- Client focused with solid communication and relationship building skills
- Committed to business process compliance
