Acurity Quality Test Engineer
Location: Melbourne, Australia (2–3 days onsite)
We are looking for an experienced Acurity Quality Test Engineer (QTE). Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with Acurity and be capable of working independently while mentoring junior testers.
Key Requirements
· Mandatory experience with Acurity
· Strong functional testing experience in Accounting/Finance applications
· Prior experience with the UniSuper testing team will be an added advantage
· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
· Hands-on experience with test automation tools
Responsibilities
· Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
· Create detailed test plans and comprehensive test cases
· Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
· Identify, document, and track defects
· Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes
· Develop and enhance testing processes for existing and new products
· Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
· Monitor debugging activities and test results
· Stay updated with the latest testing tools, technologies, and methodologies
Required Skills
· Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
· Expertise in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases
· Experience in functional and automation testing
· Excellent analytical and communication skills
Pay: $500.00 – $600.00 per day
