About the Role

Eureka Villages is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Salisbury, on a casual basis. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of a community, ensuring smooth governance, services, and a high quality of life for residents.

Provide day-to-day support to residents, ensuring their well-being, safety, and comfort.

Assist with daily living activities, including meals, social activities, and outings.

Encourage independence while offering compassionate and practical assistance.

Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community environment.

About You

Must be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

Experience in aged care, community support, or a similar role (Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent desirable).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.

Empathetic, patient, and respectful in supporting residents’ individual needs.

Reliable, flexible, and committed to maintaining a safe and caring environment.

Holds NDIS clearance.
