Fifth Studio is looking for a creative, proactive and social-media-obsessed Content Specialist to join our growing team.
This isn't a role where you'll simply schedule posts and tick boxes.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves content creation, takes initiative, thinks strategically, and wants to help build the future of our social media department.
You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and Senior Designer to execute social media strategies across multiple client accounts. This includes creating content, editing reels, repurposing brand assets and helping bring client brands to life online.

What You'll Be Doing
Social Media Content Creation
- Creating engaging social media content in Canva
- Designing carousel posts, graphics and story content
- Writing captions and calls-to-action
- Conducting hashtag and keyword research
- Repurposing content across multiple platforms
- Maintaining premium design standards across all content
Reels & Video Editing
- Editing short-form video content
- Creating engaging reels
- Adding captions and subtitles
- Researching trends and audio opportunities
- Assisting with scripting and content planning
- Creating content designed to increase engagement and visibility
Social Media Support
- Assisting with content calendars and planning
- Scheduling content across platforms
- Supporting campaign launches and promotions
- Managing deadlines across multiple client accounts
- Bringing fresh ideas and content opportunities to the table
Blog & SEO Support
- Drafting SEO-friendly blog content
- Uploading and formatting blogs in WordPress
- Supporting Rank Math SEO optimisation
- Conducting basic keyword research

What You'll Need:
Essential
- Strong Canva skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop)
- CapCut (or similar video editing software)
- Strong understanding of Instagram
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, copywriting and workflow optimisation
- Experience creating AI-generated images, graphics or video content
- Ability to leverage AI to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and brand consistency
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Highly Regarded
- WordPress experience
- Rank Math SEO experience
- LinkedIn content creation
- TikTok content creation
- Photography and videography experience
- Confidence directing clients and talent on camera
- Experience with content creation days, brand shoots or on-site content capture
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo
- Familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Freepik AI, Canva AI, CapCut AI or similar tools
- Marketing, Communications or Design background

- Must have a reliable computer suitable for content creation, design and video editing
- Must have an iPhone for content creation, media sharing and collaboration purposes
- Must have reliable internet access for remote work and virtual meetings
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle highly regarded
