We are currently seeking a proactive and personable Office Administrator to support our team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Description:
About the Role

Based at Liberty Industrial's Perth Office in Osborne Park, the Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and providing administrative assistance across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing front-of-house reception duties and welcoming visitors.
Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries.
Timely coordination of staff travel bookings, including flights and accommodation.
Supporting project teams with the onboarding and mobilisation of new and transferring employees.
Coordinating office supplies and facilities.
Assisting with document preparation, formatting, and record management.
Ensuring all systems are meticulously maintained and updated.
Supporting finance related tasks including credit card tracking, raising purchase orders, and procurement activities.

What You'll Bring:

High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
A positive, professional, and can-do attitude with strong customer service skills.
Availability to work 5 days per week from the office in Osborne Park.
Superb organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to juggle a varied workload and multiple priorities.

Nice to have:

Experience using NetSuite or similar procurement and business systems.
Previous travel coordination experience.
Prior experience in an office administration or reception role.
