$65 per hour, super paid on all rostered hours!

MacKellar is expanding its operations near Nyngan and is looking for experienced Production Operators to support ongoing mining activities. This is an opportunity to work with a professional crew, operate a variety of heavy mining equipment, and build a long-term career with one of Australia's leading mining contractors.

The Opportunity

As a Multi-skilled Operator, you'll play a key role in maintaining production schedules and ensuring mining activities are carried out safely and efficiently. You'll work across a modern fleet and contribute to the success of a growing operation. Earning $65ph on a 7/7 rotating roster.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating a range of mining equipment including Dozers, Graders and Haul Trucks
Carrying out daily equipment inspections and safety checks
Identifying and reporting mechanical faults or hazards
Following site operational procedures and safety requirements
Working collaboratively with production crews to meet operational objectives
Maintaining a high standard of equipment care and housekeeping

What You'll Bring

At least 12 months of experience in a mining production environment
Proven operating experience on Haul Trucks, Dozers, and either Graders, Water Trucks, Loaders, or Excavators
Relevant RII competencies and/or verifiable operating history
Strong awareness of safe work practices and risk management
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced mining operation
