Job Description
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Hurstville NSW, 2220

Service Specific: set up/pack down. Huge space! Dedicated office, kitchen and storage. Lot's of resources and wonderful outdoor space. Amazing community!

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before school care: 7am-9am
After school care: 2.30pm-6pm
Admin: 10.50
Total hours: 38

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
