Your new role
In your new role as New Car Sales Consultant at Lexus of Adelaide, you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing the highest quality of customer experience to identify sales opportunities
- Nurturing leads with current and future customers
- Achieving monthly sales targets and metrics by maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Remaining abreast of the latest product details as a subject matter expert
Most importantly, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers by working closely with your team and other departments.

About you
What we’re seeking is someone who has:
- Previous sales management experience in the automotive industry (luxury brands highly regarded)
- Motivation and success in meeting sales targets and metrics
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Commercial aptitude with an ability to influence and negotiate
- Possession of a current driver’s license is essential
