ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Drilling Operations Administrator (Site Support – Office Based) to support our drilling division and wider operational teams.
This is a fast-paced, office-based role providing essential administrative support to drilling operations. You will be the key link between site crews and office functions, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate processing, and timely communication across all drilling activities.

Supporting drilling operations and associated site teams
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide day-to-day administrative support to drilling operations and site teams

Manage credit cards, site costs, and equipment allocations
-
Process journals, reimbursements, vendor invoices, and end-of-month reporting for drilling sites

Coordinate purchasing activities including orders, freight, rig movements, goods receipting, and supplier management

Organise travel, accommodation, and mobilisation for drill crews, including rosters and meal sheets

Maintain accurate records across drilling operations systems and databases

Assist with general office administration and reception support as required
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Previous administration experience (drilling, mining, or heavy industry highly regarded)

Experience with Business Central, PowerApps, or similar systems (advantageous)

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and operational data

Australian citizen or permanent resident

Administrative Experience – Drilling Preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, Dynamics (Business Central) and Teams

Police clearance within 12 months

Manual Driver’s Licence
