Our state-of-the-art showroom is part of a dynamic network, dedicated to providing exceptional service and pioneering solutions in the automotive industry.

The Registration is responsible for managing and maintaining the dealership's vehicle registrations This role requires close coordination with the sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations related to vehicle stock, compliance, and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

Registration Coordination

Oversee and manage the registration of new vehicles, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
Prepare and submit necessary paperwork for vehicle registrations, ensuring plates are issued promptly.
Coordinate with the sales team to guarantee all sold vehicles are registered and ready for delivery.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, titles, and compliance documents.

Compliance and Documentation

Ensure all stock-related documents (purchase orders, registration papers, compliance certificates) are complete and properly filed.
Assist in managing vehicle warranties and recall information.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are available, registered, and prepared for delivery.
Support the finance department with documentation related to registrations and ownership transfers.

General Administrative Support

Assist in preparing vehicles for delivery by ensuring all paperwork is finalized.
Coordinate vehicle transportation logistics when required.
Handle ad hoc office duties to support smooth operations.

About You

Familiarity with vehicle registration processes and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in dealership management systems and inventory software.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with automotive compliance and registration systems.

Knowledge of local vehicle regulations and standards.
