We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Property Analyst to support data-driven property insights and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical data skills with an interest in real estate and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse property market data to generate insights on pricing, rental yields, and growth trends
- Support property valuation and appraisal processes using comparable sales and market benchmarks
- Conduct macroeconomic and suburb-level analysis to identify key drivers of demand and price movement
- Build and maintain data models using Excel and SQL to support scalable analysis
- Develop dashboards and visualisations using Tableau (or similar tools)
- Translate complex data into clear, client-ready reports and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance analytical frameworks and reporting quality
- Continuously monitor market trends, policy changes, and economic indicators impacting real estate
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in finance, real estate, or data analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced modelling), and Tableau (or similar BI tools)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful business insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in property valuation, appraisals, or real estate analysis
- Understanding of Australian property market dynamics
- Exposure to macroeconomic analysis and its impact on asset prices
- Experience working with large datasets and structured databases
