Full Job Description

The Client:
Leading Technology Bank dedicated to innovation and collaboration.
Having invested in the latest cutting edge technologies, this Bank is ready to launch into a new wave of data-driven solutions.

The Role:

Automating the uplift across data & analytics platforms
Providing technical guidance and support to end-users, resolving issues and delivering training.
Working with analytics reporting tools such as Power BI and Alteryx
Support tools for a broad range of use cases including data science, self-service analytics, operational analytics and reporting
Building infrastructure functions with SQL Server
Drive solution design, process uplift and platform governance
Owning the change and incident management functions
Implementing CI/CD processes
Integrating big data systems with technology platforms and infrastructure
Collaborate with business users to influence solution implementations
Mentoring junior developers with a fast tracked growth to leadership

This is a Hybrid working environment : 3 days in office / 2 days WFH

Ideally, you will have:

Exceptional hands on Power BI / Alteryx and SQL Server skills
Strong technical knowledge of AWS (including EC2, S3 and EBS) and AWS Cloud Formation
Experience with scripting such as PowerShell and Python
Experience leading a team of administrators responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting Power BI / Alteryx environments
Growth mindset and ability to step into leadership duties
