Lead integrated performance reporting framework for Government Priority Projects – driving evidence-based insights, accountability, and decision-making across Transport's priority portfolio.

Drive portfolio accountability through integrated performance insights and evidence-based reporting

In this role, you'll:

Lead a team to develop and implement an integrated performance reporting framework for Government Priority Projects across Transport.

Establish coherent reporting rhythm, develop portfolio-wide performance metrics, and ensure consistent, evidence-based reporting.

Develop and deliver integrated suite of project and portfolio performance reports for internal and external audiences in collaboration with Sydney PMO, Sydney Integration leadership, and stakeholders.

Establish consistent reporting rhythm including integrated calendar providing visibility of deliverables, timelines, and requirements across portfolio.

Manage end-to-end governance processes for portfolio performance measurement and reporting ensuring quality controls, accuracy, and compliance while fostering accountability and transparency.

Curate, consolidate, and analyse project and portfolio performance data ensuring insights are evidence-based, reliable, and forward-looking to anticipate trends, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities.

About you:

Portfolio Reporting Expertise – Demonstrated experience developing and implementing portfolio performance reporting frameworks in complex organizational or government environments
Analytical Excellence – Strong analytical skills interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights for decision-making
Reporting Strategy – Proven ability designing and delivering reporting strategies improving data presentation and supporting business decision-makers
Stakeholder Influence – Highly developed engagement and relationship management skills with ability to influence senior executives and enable collaboration
Continuous Improvement – Track record driving innovation in reporting practices and organizational capability
Relevant Qualifications – Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience
