We run a multi–seven-figure online coaching company helping women lose the last 3–10kg and feel confident in their clothes, without restriction or hours in the gym. Kiara has grown 400k+ followers on Instagram in 12 months and it is our primary growth engine. We close high-ticket coaching programs at industry-leading rates and the goal is to grow fast toward $100M.This is a full-time, remote role based in Australia. Core hours are early-morning AEST to overlap with US time zones.
The Sales Manager at Slyma is responsible for scaling a high-performance sales engine that drives predictable, sustainable revenue growth. You will lead and develop a healthy and effective sales team, partner with leadership to align sales strategy to business goals, optimise and continuously evolve the sales infrastructure, own and drive sales targets, and leverage technology to increase output per rep, improve forecast accuracy, and create scalable enablement across the team.
What You'll Do
Sales Leadership and Performance Architecture
- Own sales targets, forecasting accuracy and overall sales performance
- Lead and develop closers and setters within a disciplined, high-accountability culture
- Design and scale onboarding, enablement and performance systems that reduce ramp time and increase revenue per rep
- Standardise and continuously evolve playbooks, scripts, scorecards and feedback loops using live call data
- Set quotas, manage capacity planning, address underperformance decisively and ensure strong alignment between incentives and revenue outcomes
Sales Systems and Infrastructure
- Architect and continuously improve the end-to-end sales system across qualification, setting, closing, forecasting and reporting
- Leverage technology to increase efficiency, improve decision-making and drive higher revenue per rep
- Own CRM structure, pipeline hygiene, reporting integrity and funnel diagnostics in GHL
- Build forecasting and capacity models leadership can rely on
- Identify and eliminate system bottlenecks that constrain close rate and call volume
Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Own sales performance metrics and KPI visibility across the entire sales team
- Track and communicate core indicators including close rate, show rate, call volume, quota attainment and revenue per rep
- Operate within a disciplined leadership cadence that includes weekly performance reporting, structured 1:1s, founder communication and active participation in business planning
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of sales leadership experience with full ownership of revenue targets
- Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing sales teams in high-ticket coaching, health or education — improving revenue per rep through systems and process innovation
- Strong command of performance management with the ability to translate call data into decisive coaching action
- Experience implementing and optimising sales infrastructure including CRM systems, reporting frameworks and script-based selling environments
- The ability to listen to a sales call and within five minutes identify exactly where the rep lost the deal

What Success Looks Like
- Consistent achievement or exceedance of revenue targets
- Team close rate improving quarter over quarter, moving into the 60–70% range on qualified calls from our warm channels over time.
- Increased revenue per rep without proportional headcount growth
- Improved conversion rates and measurable gains across every stage of the funnel
- High forecast accuracy and reliable, founder-ready reporting
- A disciplined, high-performance sales culture with strong engagement and retention
- The founder out of day-to-day sales within 90 days, with the Sales Manager fully owning the sales rhythm, KPIs, and team performance.
Compensation
- $100,000 AUD base salary
- 3% commission on collected front-end team revenue (uncapped), tied to rolling show rate and close rate standards
- On-target earnings of $200,000 AUD+
Growth Path
- Year 0–1: Sales Manager - own the function
- Year 1–2: Senior Sales Manager - expand the team, own hiring end-to-end
- Year 2+: Director of Sales - lead a full sales org and support the leadership team in shaping the strategy
