About the Role

In this role the coordinator will also provide support to ensure strategic initiatives are well-planned, tracked, and reported, and that screening governance processes operate effectively

Duties

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Performance and Improvement Coordinator you will:

Evaluate screening performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), service standards, and strategic initiatives.
Create and sustain analytical models for managing demand, capacity, throughput, and backlog.
Assist in the design, refinement, and interpretation of service scorecards and dashboards.
Conduct thorough analyses to uncover root causes of performance variations, risks, and opportunities.
Support tracking benefits for strategic and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure analysis aligns with service realities.
Oversee implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Maintain registers for risks, issues, decisions, actions, and benefits.

Skills & Experience

Strong experience in business or data analysis within healthcare or complex service environments.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights.
Experience in project, program, or governance coordination roles.
Strong organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and governance forums.
A keen interest in continuous improvement, process redesign, or service optimisation.
Strong analytical mindset with an interest in using data to inform decisions.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
