As the Roster Coordinator you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Service, Werribee.

St Vincent's Care Services Werribee is a contemporary boutique aged care facility, providing a high-quality haven of care within the centrally-located Wyndham Health Precinct. It is an 80 bed facility located 30km south-west of Melbourne's city centre.

This is a Full-Time position

Monday-Friday

9.00am-5.00pm

Relevant experience in a similar role proactively managing the administrative requirements associated with the scheduling of staff within a residential facility ensuring prompt and accurate services including processing and database management
Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (UKG Pro and Workday highly desirable), Client Management and Care Management systems
Understanding interrelationship between Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Accreditation Standards and provision of services by St Vincent’s Care Services
Certificate/Diploma Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling desirable
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure with competing priorities
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
