About the Role
As a Sales Consultant / Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in
growing First One Recruitment’s employer network and creating job placement
opportunities for students and graduates within our wider First One group.
Your main focus will be building strong relationships with businesses, attending
expos and networking events, identifying new employer partners, and coordinating
opportunities for our students to enter the workforce.
You will work closely with our education, migration, and recruitment teams while
taking ownership of sales growth, employer engagement, and business development
activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing employer partners.
- Attend expos, business events, networking functions, and industry meetings to represent First One Recruitment.
- Identify and approach companies that may require staff, trainees, interns, orgraduate workers.
- Promote First One Recruitment’s services to employers in a professional and confident manner.
- Create new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Work with internal teams to match suitable students and graduates with employer opportunities.
- Coordinate communication between employers, students, and internal consultants.
- Support students in connecting with suitable workplace opportunities through employer partnerships.
- Build long-term partnerships with businesses across different industries.
- Conduct market research to identify growth areas, competitor activity, and new sales opportunities.
- Report sales activities, employer feedback, and market updates to management.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Talk to clients and partners
- Support in processing visa applications
- Represent the First One brand professionally at all times.
About You

Requirements

- Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
- Must be a native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
