We are looking for a reliable and organised Administration & Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team at Riviana. This is an office-based role focused on customer service, order management, and coordinating deliveries to ensure products are delivered on time and in full.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and transport providers, and ensuring a high level of service is maintained. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks is key.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders through the full lifecycle
Monitor orders and proactively resolve any delivery issues
Communicate with customers regarding stock availability and updates
Coordinate transport and liaise with logistics providers
Work closely with warehouse and production teams
Maintain accurate data, pricing, and customer information
Manage inbox enquiries and respond to customer requests
Assist with invoicing, stock checks, and end-of-month tasks
Support general office administration and site services
About You
Previous experience in customer service, admin, or logistics (2+ years preferred)
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator with both internal teams and customers
Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel)
Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment
SAP or similar systems experience (desirable)
