The full-time Store Manager at Vinnies in Tamworth will play a key role in continuing the store's customer and sales growth and team's development. Your ability to work hands-on in all aspects of store operations and effectively drive team to perform at their best to meet KPIs are critical for your success in this role. Having a good understanding of your role as Store Manager in relation to the Society's mission and values will make you a good brand ambassador.

Your Responsibility

Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store.

You Will Need

Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail
Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense
Strong focus on customer experience
Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
